Prototyping

SLA-based rapid prototypes are a key capability offered by Shellcast.
Our process approach and our in-house NDT lab gives us the ability to provide fully certified flight quality castings to our customers in 3 weeks or less without permanent tooling. This gives our customers the ability to fully evaluate their designs quickly and economically before committing to hard tooling. In-house tooling capability also allows low cost manufacture of components quickly when volumes do not warrant the SLA model approach.
